The stats were counted with a form that gave the lower levels a chanse cos they didn't have so much to hit as the higher levels

My Wishlist for this Comp is the same as [ Handout 41 ]

this sucks... with your system its impossible me to get to top10 since im low level and gear isnt that much... but if i can only kill like 15ppl out 100...its impossible to get exp or what ever...

and whats the point of hitting the higher levels if i cant kill them... its just waste of rage and time... i only hit those who i can kill

well the sum were devided with the level for that reason so lower levels would get a better chanse
