Growth competition idea!

its just an idea, but we could make a competition (something like HL competition) but involving growth.

I remember there was some kind of secret growth comp once but in my opinion we could do it a bit more often, like ina month's basis, one week instead of regular handout (or smthng else) we could award ppl who grow the most (ofc in a way considering levels and possibilities of a player).

In this way we could increase crew power rating, activeness, god spotting, pot hunting and our crew would grow faster (which i implied on increasing crew power but nevertheless! )


This is just an idea, and i'm aware it isnt completed or anything but please consider this
